• Notice By: Director, dated: 08-08-2024 for Everyone :- NOTICE ON INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AND RESULT DISTRIBUTION OF HALF YEARLY EXAMS NOTICE Date: 08/08/2024 Parents and Guardians are cordially invited to the Independence Day Celebration on 15th August 2024 at 8 AM at Faithful Steward School. All the children are requested to come to school before 8 AM wearing their washed, ironed, neat school uniform. At 8:15 AM we will have the flag hoisting ceremony. After that we will have an assembly. Teachers and students will give speeches. We will have a small ceremony of patriotic songs and dances. No books or tiffin boxes are required. By 11 AM, i.e. after the ceremony, the school will distribute the half-yearly results of the students in the hands of their respective parents/guardians. Parents/Guardians need to collect their child by 12 noon. Moreover, the school will remain closed for SUMMER VACATION from 18-June-2024 (Tuesday) to 06-July-2024 (Saturday). The school will re-open on 08-July-2024 (Monday) at its usual time. Sufficient syllabus for mid-term has been given to the students printed on page in their diary/notebook. Students will have to work on the same notes which they have learned and written on their respective notebooks. Dear Children, Summer Vacation is synonymous with fun and frolic, going for picnics, playing for long hours, exploring new places and much more. But, there is a lot more you can do to make your vacation more interesting and meaningful. Always go through your lessons and get prepared with your notes. Do not forget to practice your math problems regularly. Students from Second Standard to Fifth Standard have some project works to be done during the holidays. Do your projects on the CHART/ART PAPERS. You may take help from parents, elders or teachers but do the work yourself. You will be graded with good grading if you do them by yourself. • Notice By: Director, dated: 29-02-2024 for Everyone :- Dear Parents/Guardian, A warm welcome to your ward/s. Please note the following: 1. Parents are requested to send their students to school in proper and clean school uniform.Those who do not have the approved color and pattern of school uniform will not be allowed to sit in the class. 2. The child should be encouraged to cultivate habitual cleanliness in his/her work. Pay special attention to personal health and hygiene. 3. All the note books should be maintained properly. 4. Parents should check that the books are sent according to the Time Table. 5. Parents should check that the homework is being done by your ward regularly.School diary of your ward should be checked and signed regularly. 6. Children should be given nutritious food, specially subzi and chapatti/rice for lunch. 7. Every child should carry a napkin and handkerchief daily. 8. Parents are requested to see that their children are punctual in coming to school. Leave will not be granted without prior written application in the diary. 9. Child should not be sent to school in case the child is suffering from any infectious disease. 10. All the surprise test papers/assignments should be signed by parents and should be filed. Make sure that these papers are not lost till the session is over. 11. Read the circular given by the school carefully and act accordingly. 12. Parents should encourage their children to participate in all the activities conducted by the school. 13. Girls should not wear gold ornaments, makeups or apply Nail Polish/ Mehndi. Their skirts should cover on their knees. 14. Identity Card is compulsory . A child will not be allowed to sit in the bus without it. 15. For Nursery to VIII -Besides scheduled PTA meetings parents can meet the teachers on every 3rd or 5th Saturday of the month between 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In case of any problem parents can meet the teachers after 1.40 p.m. on any working day, with prior appointment only. 17. Please be sure that on every 2nd and 4th Saturday, the school will remain closed. 18. The school will not be responsible for the walkers and private van students before and after the school hours. 19. Parents should make it a point to attend all P.T.A. meetings held in the school. 20. Always encourage your child in studies. Time to time give them their moral lessons. Never encourage them to use vulgar words, or to do the act of hatred.
